Here is her story:
“I am Binta Fatty from The Gambia both survivor of FGM Female Genital Mutilation Child Marriage. I was married off at 14 yrs. I became a teenage mum at 15 but That didn’t stop ? me of going to school. I graduated with BA in economic and higher degree . In Diplomacy. I live in Berlin and I am an Activist Because I believe my story can change someone’s Life’s. Traditional are made by people and People can change Traditions. We can all take action to end FGM, Child Marriage and any forms of Violence against women and girls. Education is the most powerful tools to end all this practice.”
